Ingredients
45g rolled oats 1 tbsp cacao powder Pinch of cinnamon 1 tsp chia seeds ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract 120ml unsweetened coconut milk ½ banana, peeled and chopped 1-2 tsp pure maple syrup (if needed)
Method
In a jar or container, stir together the rolled oats, cacao powder, cinnamon and chia seeds. Stir in the coconut milk, vanilla extract and banana. Put the lid on and place in the fridge overnight. In the morning, give the oats a stir. Add maple syrup if you want more sweetness, and a splash more coconut milk to loosen if needed.
